Gareth joined the company as Marketing Director in May 2008 and is responsible for the strategic marketing of the company.
Gareth has also undergone training to provide level 3 and 4 energy performance certificates (EPCs) for commercial property and is currently completing his portfolio work as part of his accreditation process.
Background
Gareth studied Physics at UMIST in Manchester and graduate in 2001. Following graduation Gareth completed a diploma in surveying at the College of Estate Management in Reading and worked in commerical property as a general practice chartered surveyor and more recently as an asset manager for various firms of property advisors such as Jones Lang LaSalle and Rogers Chapman.
Gareth was accepted as a full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2006.
