James joined the company as an Energy Assessor in 2008 and has undergone training to provide level 3 and 4 energy performance certificates (EPCs) for commercial property as well as Display Energy Certificates public buildings and on construction EPCs for residential property..
Background
James studied History at the University of Wales Swansea before joining a volume house builder managing there portfolio of part exchange properties. He furthered his knowledge of property by qualifying as a Home Inspector in May 2007.
