Richard joined the company in early August 2008. As part of the energy team he is qualified to carry out domestic and commercial Energy Performance Certificates for Level 3 & 4 properties. Prior to joining the company he qualified as a Home Inspector and spent time carrying out Home Condition Reports and Energy Performance Certificates for residential properties. This included managing the delivery of EPCs to several social housing organisations and their substantial property portfolios. His experience allows him to work for the benefit of our clients ensuring work is undertaken in a cost effective and timely manner.
Background
Richard studied at Nottingham Trent University where he graduated with a BA Hons in Business Studies. Before entering the property industry he was a manager at a leading activity holidays company.
Extra Information
Richard is an associate member of the Association of Building Engineers and a trainee member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is currently undertaking a RICS accredited post graduate Diploma at the College of Estate Management.
