


The property was particularly complex because the ground floor retail unit and front face varied substantially in terms of age from the remainder of the building.
Due to the complexity of the building the client comissioned the production of CAD floor plans. The provision of accurate CAD drawings of this building significantly reduced our site survey time, thus bringing downt he clost of the EPC dramatically.
Working with help from the building manager, our energy assessors were able to obtain detail building services information before inspecting the property. This resulted in a smooth operation on site with minimal interruption to tenants.
